FADIO’S MISSION

In order to achieve their vision of developing an innovative and diversified range of training and become front-line players in distance learning, the institutions have set themselves the mission of: demystifying distance learning, training practitioners in the field, sharing their expertise, experimenting with new practices and providing pedagogical and technological support.

The team is based on the following 4 values determined by FADIO members: Trust, transparency, sharing, and mutual help.

THE SHARING OF EXPERTISE

In order to share expertise, communities of practice have been set up:

    • Pedagogical Community of Practice composed mainly of pedagogical advisors and techno-pedagogues

    • Community of Practice for Teaching Resources composed of teachers, trainers, lecturers and professors

    • Technical Community of Practice composed of technicians, analysts and IT coordinators

    • Network of Distance Learning practitioners and researchers in distance education

OUR ACTIONS

In order to monitor, experiment and document new practices and to identify new fields of research, a network of practitioners and inter-disciplinary researchers in distance learning has been set up.

To ensure the support and guidance of the institutions, regional resources and a regional pedagogical and technical support team with high levels of expertise provide support to the local teams.
